Every business needs a strategy. A clear mission and vision of goals to be achieved. Ideally everyone within the company needs to know and feel this mission and vision, so they know what they are building towards and what their purpose is in the chain of actions. They need to be able to tell the company’s story on a party and make it sound idealistic. Something to be proud of.

How do you communicate with your co-workers? How do you make sure that they feel comfortable in the environment you’ve created as a business owner? By doing fun things as a team? Sure. By telling them “Good job” or “well done”? Sure. But the most you can do is making sure they can do their work more efficient. How you do that? It all starts with communication. By talking with your co-workers and noticing the problems in the proces. If you know where it hurts, you can start improving. You can do that for instance by implementing automations or systems that make the proces and therefore the work more efficient.
